WHERE - eBlast Calendar/Schedule

Read through the list below before selecting a date. Dates must be officially reserved on the calendar before confirming with the client.

Requirements for reserving a send date:

  • Can't send the same day as its market's newsletter.
  • Must send on a weekday.
  • Can't mail on a date already reserved for an eBlast (no matter the market).
  • Cannot have more than 1 Sponsored eBlast going out to same list, per week
  • Request the date on the eBlast's ticket to reserve it on the calendar before following up with the client.
  • Dates are first come, first serve.

*Creative is due 5 full business days before the send date (or sooner if it's ready) - this is so we have enough time to verify material, test and get approval from client.

*Final approval must be submitted to the ticket no later than 4pm (ET) the day before send.

*Anything that doesn't meet these time requirements will result in the eBlast being rescheduled.
