FAQ | How do I calculate the number of active subscribers in my contact list/query/or database?

Want to find the total number of active subscribers in your contact source (contact list, query, or database)?

Follow these instructions:

1. Choose a mailing and click "on to send".
2. Once on the "set up your mailing" window, choose your contact source by clicking on "change".
3. Once you've selected your contact source, click the refresh button (to the right of “contact source size”) to see the current number.
4. Next to where it says "Estimate Send Count" is the total number of active subscribers.
