All final materials are due 5 business days prior to the send date. (Weekends do not count)

Materials required for eBlast:

• JPG or PNG. Sized at 600px wide by no more than 1000px tall.
• If the client wants multiple links included in their image, they will be responsible for image mapping the image before submitting.
• Subject line
• Pre-header text
• URL to link the image

Materials required for Sponsored Newsletter:

• JPG or PNG. Sized at 640px wide by no more than 425px tall.
• Subject line
• Pre-header text
• Copy – no more than 400 words
• URL(s)
