All final materials (images, copy, subject line, URLs and pre-header text) must be uploaded to the ticket 5 business days prior to the agreed upon send date.
Send is on a Monday --> materials due the Monday before
Send is on a Tuesday --> materials due the Tuesday before
And so on...
This allows us enough time to receive the ticket, put it in our queue, pull together the email, troubleshoot any issues, test, send proofs, make any last minute changes and schedule the email.
*We understand there may be last minute requests and we generally do our best to accommodate. However, we do reserve the right to deny a specific send date and will ask you to choose another time.
